WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT? 

Orders will be dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. We'll send you an email to confirm your order has been received and another one once your order has been dispatched. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.

 

ARE MY PAYMENT DETAILS SAFE?

We want to keep your details safe so we use the most secure payment process. We dont store any payment details on our systems.

 

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

Our postal charges for UK Mainland are in increments of - £3.00, £5.00, £7.00 and £15.00. International shipping has a flat rate of £20.00 and you get your shipping FREE when you spend over £70.00 (UK ONLY), so get shopping!

Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? 

All of our items are handmade with care and are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch, however if you believe your goods to be faulty please notify us in writing within 3 days of delivery.

If you receive your products and change your mind we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the date of delivery however the products must be in their original saleable condition. Please contact us at hello@theethnicco.co.uk to receive a returns authorisation number. Unfortunately we can not accept returns sent to us without getting a returns authorisation number first. Please include your name, address and RAN when posting items back to us.

We can not refund original postage costs for orders in which you have changed your mind however if you believe your order to be faulty please contact us. 

Return postage expenses and risk are the purchaser's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

 

WHAT IS DAYA?

Most of our products are handmade and many of them are bespoke and exclusive. Our Daya collection houses all of our bespoke individual pieces. Items listed under the Daya collection usually have very limited stock (1-2 pieces). If you see something you like purchase it as once its gone, its gone.

As many of our products are handmade please allow for slight variations in size.
